These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of digital services and platform infrastructure provided by Rotator.biz.id ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). By accessing or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Scope

Rotator.biz.id provides automated URL redirection, WhatsApp lead rotation, custom domain routing, tracking analytics, and anti-bot filtration for digital marketing campaigns.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• Users must provide valid and authorized destination phone numbers and URLs.
• The service must not be used for spam, phishing, unlawful multi-level marketing, distribution of malicious software, or activities violating local telecommunications laws.
• Users are solely responsible for compliance with Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business policies.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium rotator features is provided on a recurring subscription basis (1, 3, or 6 months). Invoices must be settled in full to maintain active routing functionality.

4. Service Availability & Uptime

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance and upstream carrier disruptions are communicated in advance whenever feasible.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach acceptable use terms without prior notice or refund entitlement.
